After attending an Orion International hiring conference, I understand why Orion is #1. I first talked to Bob Berkholz at Orion four years ago when I was looking for a new position aside from the first civilian job I had after the military. The company I worked for ended up providing me with a lateral transfer in a different industry, and I was not able to attend an Orion hiring conference.

Fast forward to this year when I contacted Bob less than a week before the Dallas conference. What Bob accomplished was beyond my wildest expectations. He provided me with the means to secure a job in less than a month.

At the conference I attended, I was provided sufficient information on the companies, received tremendous amount of motivation from Bob, and had thorough feedback/follow-up from Bob’s team. I even received an offer letter two weeks later from NW Pipe! The Orion hiring process worked much faster for me than I anticipated.

I was so impressed with the professionalism and dedication to ensuring proper placement by the Orion team that I instructed my family to refer outgoing military personnel to them. I am very fortunate Bob remembered me from years back, and I look forward to following up with him and Orion as the years and my position within with NW Pipe progress. He will be hearing from me soon with new referrals!
