I attended two hiring conferences in Dallas, Texas, one in March and one in May 2008. Over the three-month period from the time I began my search to when I was offered the position with my current employer, I went through 11 initial interviews. I am now a Logistical Support Manager with Kansas City Southern Railway. It is exactly the type of job (and career progression) I was looking for. Without question, Orion helped me tremendously.
