I left the Air Force in July 2007 as a Major and was self employed this past year. In May 2008, I started looking for a job and began to work with Orion International. It was a team effort at Orion. Bill Fitzgerald, Katrina Ross, and JP Sniffen were awesome. They listened to where I wanted to live and what areas I thought might be a good fit for me. Not once did they try and persuade me to accept interviews with or put me in front of companies that were not in the geographic area I was looking for.

They absolutely put my needs first! That respect for my needs was outstanding and is what I think puts Orion above the rest. There is no comparison -- Orion is truly the best I've worked with, hands down! It was great working with with JP and his folks at the San Diego hiring conference. They listened to what I wanted and presented me to companies that met those needs. They were not just trying to make a placement.
