Prior to my first civilian job, I was a US Army MP Captain. So when I was laid off from my job in April 2009, I immediately contacted JP Sniffen at Orion. JP was able to put me in a new position where I am making more starting that I did after working for the other company for three years! I am also in charge of approximately 80 people, while previously I had no leadership role.
 
I feel I was treated with the utmost respect by JP.  He went above and beyond what I expected to set me up for success. I always felt as though I was his number one client and that he took a personal interest in fulfilling my needs.

My military experience has been useful in that it helped teach me discipline, time management, leadership, and how to handle stressful situations while making sound, logical, and rational decisions remaining calm. In my new civilian position, I am in a leadership role, soon to be in charge of eight stores and over $20 million in merchandise. This is very similar to what I would be in charge of as an Army Captain.

While working with Orion, I was also using two other military recruiting organizations. Orion was the only to continue to make contact with me about job opportunities on a regular basis. They were also the only to provide me with interview feedback AND personal advocacy to the company I was interviewing with throughout my interview process.

I would recommend Orion to ANY military personnel leaving service. If you are leaving the military and you want a great job in a timely manner, the first person I would contact is JP and the Orion team. Orion exceeded my expectations! I will continue to recommend JP and Orion to all my friends in the service that are considering leaving.
