Attending an Orion hiring conference was absolutely key in beginning my new career. The hiring conference in San Diego was a very smooth process. Thanks to this conference, I will be in the management training program for Northrop Grumman focused on manufacturing.  I can use my leadership training, as well as my technical education and training to make this career position work well for me and the company.

JP Sniffen was my recruiter.  He was very responsive and always listened and took action to do what was best to get me in front of great companies that fit my skills and needs.  He never pushed me into a job that didn't fit what I was looking for.
