I was hired at my first Orion conference and after only two interviews. All the while, I exchanged numerous emails and phone calls with Jay Koranda prior to and after the conference to include the follow-up interviews, negotiating, and hiring process. Jay did a great job preparing me for my transition from service member to civilian.
