From the moment we were first contacted, it was clear that Orion genuinely cared about what we wanted. After working with other JMO recruiters, we quickly realized the other recruiters were more interested in finding us any opportunity, not necessarily the right opportunity for us. Working with a married couple is challenging, but we never felt that it was an obstacle that couldn’t be overcome by your team.

The hiring conference in Dallas was a home run. We could not have been as successful without the preparation and coordination that Orion provided us. We met several candidates who had attended other JMO conferences, who all agreed that Orion’s was the most professionally run operation of them all.

We’d like to especially thank Bob Berkholz for his coaching and preparation throughout the entire process. We never felt like a ‘number.’ Chris Hurst also both provided consistent, genuine support and advice throughout the transition. It was nice to know we were working with a staff that could relate to the same experiences, having been there themselves as former military officers. We have already recommended Orion to several of our peers and looking forward to sharing our Orion experiences with other JMOs.
