My Orion recruiter, Ernest Burson, began working with me while I was still deployed to the Middle East with the Indiana National Guard. And while communication was limited to email only while I was away, once I got back into the US, I gave Ernest a call. That afternoon Ernest called me back and informed me I had an interview in two days. He emailed me everything I would need to prepare for the interview. After I reviewed everything, he then called me and did a mock interview with me to ensure I was well prepared for the interview. After the initial interview, I was called back for a second interview and was hired on shortly after.
