Bob Berkholz was my Orion recruiter.  My relationship with Orion was very much one of mutual respect & professional communication. Bob was very receptive and responsive in considering and qualifying my company & position needs during my Orion experience. He presented me with multiple opportunities that aligned with my experiences, as well as my personal and professional goals.

For me, it was very important and highly useful to have feedback from the Orion team throughout the hiring process.  A key part of that was having open access to Orion account executives to better understand how to be successful from their perspective.  This better allowed me to understand the company, their conference representatives, their needs, and expectations of candidates.  All of these things allowed me to deliver my message effectively. 

As a result, I had a very successful experience at the conference and on the follow-ups that I went on.  Also, I found it very important to realize that it is just as important to make the connection with the interviewer as it was to communicate my potential value to the companies.  Understanding this balance during the hiring conference and in subsequent interviews proved to be a winning combination for me.
