My job search began in April 2010 in preparation for my separation from the Air Force in August. At Orion, I worked with JP Sniffen and Shereen Ali. They were excellent at attending to my questions and understanding my needs. There was a strong focus on ensuring that I not only found a position, but that the position was right for me.
 
My new position is the Material Control Supervisor for TMX Aerospace. Orion was an excellent aid in my job search. The search was difficult, but the Orion team did a wonderful job at aligning my skills and desires with potential positions. The fact that Orion does not restrict you from utilizing other services shows that they’re different. When you’re looking for a job, flexibility is essential, and Orion understands that fact.
 
The Orion team did an outstanding job at matching me up with the right employers. Nothing is more frustrating than going into an interview and having someone at the other side of the table who doesn’t understand how military experience could ever apply outside of the government. It’s hard enough to sell yourself, but with Orion, at least you know the employer is already sold on hiring a military member.
