I searched for a job for three months before I got a face-to-face interview with a good company on my own.  Even with 20 years of work experience an MBA and years of Project Management experience, I was not getting in front of the hiring managers.  Orion opened that door and got me in front of the right people.  The staff at Orion was very professional and supportive.
