Project Engineer (Manager)

To be honest, my expectations were not very high when I began with Orion due to a terrible experience with another recruiting agency.  However, I could not be more pleased with Orion's service!  Thanks, Orion, for everything you have done.

I am now a Project Engineer (Manager) with Charter Mechanical and see parallels between how the Army and my new employer approaches and tackles projects—with sound planning, preparation, and aggressiveness.  I believe the military prepared me for my new career by honing my leadership skills, my ability to manage complex projects in challenging operating environments, and by giving me the confidence to lean on my abilities.

Orion more than met my needs. The competition did not even come close to what Orion provided.  I felt that because I was relatively specific in my location desires, I was essentially forgotten about with the other agency.  In fact, they eventually stopped calling me all together and would not return my phone calls or email! In contrast, Shereen Ali, JP Sniffen, and Jim Perdue were exceptional.  They were very understanding and extremely hardworking!
