I learned about Orion through word of mouth, and they absolutely met my career search needs. At Orion, I primarily worked with Joel Rueckert and JP Sniffen. Joel's advice and coaching were invaluable.  He was very involved as I progressed through the interview process, and it was very evident that he was working to sell me just as hard as I was working to sell myself. In fact, Joel gave me the critical piece of advice in the late stages of my recruitment that led to me receiving an offer. Overall, Orion was aggressive in identifying opportunities and contacting me about them, even opportunities in other areas of the country.
