I left active duty in 2007 and am a Captain in the Marine Corps Reserve. Initially, I went to work in the private sector, but I started my most recent job search in May 2011 when I was ready for a career change. I knew other veterans who used Orion and they recommended their services, so I worked with them.
 
I worked with Chris Hurst and Mike Wood at Orion. They both did a great job of helping me get to where I needed to be. I gave Orion very specific geographic and salary needs, and they were able to meet both.
