I wish I had known about Orion sooner. If they hadn't contacted me, I don't know where I'd be right now. Christ Hurst and Nora Liles did an excellent job of listening to what I wanted but also suggesting avenues I hadn't considered but were indeed a good fit. Despite my rather narrow focus on location, they didn't pressure me into considering jobs outside my needs.

I worked with two other recruiting firms, as well. Neither of which contacted me as regularly, nor did they seem very optimistic considering my geographic restrictions. Orion not only was the most active in terms of follow-up, but the job opportunities they presented were all potential matches. I really felt like they were working for me.
