I had nothing but an absolutely positive experience working with Todd Phillips.  He has been an absolute professional and mentor during the entire transition process.  I actually had originally gained employment outside of Orion when I transitioned in June.  I reconnected with Todd a few months later to see if there were any other options available, as I was looking to go down a different career path.  Once I spoke with Todd, he took the time to address what I was looking to do and where I wanted to be.  

Orion was a critical part of my transition to my new career.  Without Orion, I would probably have been lost in a sea of online resumes in a down economy.  Their professionalism, interview preparation, and mentorship is second to none. Working with Orion has been a great experience, and they are #1 in my book in regards to other companies in the industry.
