I was a Machinist Mate (Nuclear) 1st Class (E-6, USN). My time in the service made me a hundred times more marketable to companies than anything else I have done in my life. It showed me that with hard work and determination, I was/am able to accomplish anything. With that mindset in place and the right company looking at me, I became priceless to numerous organizations. I am now in the hiring process for a position as a Gas Turbine Journeyman with Puget Sound Energy. My mechanical abilities and dedication to my work that I have gained while in the Navy make me a perfect fit for my new position.

Jay Koranda and Jim Lewis were great to work with. They definitely listened to all of my concerns. They made sure that all my needs were met. Even when I turned down an amazing job opportunity, they understood my reasoning and never once questioned my judgment. They absolutely let me run my job search and did a great job of helping me along the way. 

Orion has gone above and beyond all expectations that I had set for them in the beginning. As we progressed they continued to impress me with their dedication to finding me the perfect career. I had four main avenues for my job search, including four placement agencies and myself. I interviewed with a total of nine companies, three of which I found on my own and six through Orion. No one helped me as much as Orion, not even myself! The only way Orion could have helped me any more is if they would have sold my house!
