Orion matched up and translated my experiences into a leadership and management career in the civilian world. I am now a Production Team Leader with Pridgeon & Clay. And, in fact, I had not considered manufacturing until meeting up with Orion.

I would recommend Orion to any of my colleagues in the military. I tried on my own with varying success, but most of the job offers I received were in fields I wasn't interested in. I also tried with other recruiting firms, but they weren't as proactive in following up. Orion employees were very proactive, not only in finding the right jobs for their candidates, but also in keeping in touch.
