Customer Service Engineer

Midwest
US Navy, E-4

I was stationed in Everett, Washington, and my wife was interviewing for a job. The person interviewing her was prior military and had worked with Orion to find a job. She gave my wife the website and recommended I get in contact with them, which I did. I worked most directly with Ernest Burson; he was a tremendous help. I filled out a huge application, sent over copies of my DD 214, resume, evals, and a picture. Then I did a phone interview explaining what I wanted and was looking for. Ernest worked with me on what I was looking for in a job, he sent me numerous openings, and helped prep me for my interviews. The job openings started rolling in and I picked which ones I wanted; Orion set up the interviews. Siemens was my first interview, and I got the job. It was perfect. I was hoping to start right after the new year, and my first day of work was January 16. I could not have planned it better.

I now work for Siemens Medical Solutions as a Customer Service Engineer. I work on their CT equipment, troubleshooting and performing maintenance. It was basically everything I was looking for in a job. I do not know who Orion’s exact competition is, but you blew everyone out of the water that I tried to work with. I have recommended Orion to all of my friends who are getting out of the military.
