I left active duty in November 2008 and began looking for jobs after graduating with my MBA in June 2011. Tim Duba and Lillian Thompson did a good job with my career search. They took my considerations into account about start date and helped me in the negotiation phase.

My new position as a Program Manager is very similar to the military. My duties include managing time, resources, and coordinating efforts, which coincide with my military background. The organizational planning, ability to remain flexible regarding missions and tasks, and mission focus that I learned in the military has helped me immensely.
