I attended undergraduate at Texas State San Marcos and graduated in 2002. In 2006, I obtained my MBA from Columbia Southern University. When I left the Air Force in September 2006, I was a First Lieutenant. I started my job search the next month by listing my resume on Monster. I was then contacted by Todd Phillips.

He did an outstanding job of listening to my needs and was also very helpful in preparing me for my interview with Kmart, where I am now a Store Coach in Training…exactly the type of job I was looking for. I came to interview with Kmart through Orion’s Columbus, Ohio, hiring conference. I had interviewed with other companies, however I believe it was because of Orion’s assistance that I was able to find a position with a salary that I felt I deserved. In fact, the salary I was offered was $15,000 more than what I was offered by any other corporation with which I had interviewed on my own or through any other recruiting firms.

Also, Orion was far superior to the competition. They listened when I told them that I wanted to stay in Michigan and found opportunities for me there when other recruiters were trying to get me to interview out-of-state. Orion was not at all pushy or arrogant like other firms that I dealt with. They made you feel like a person and not just a number that helped them fill a quota.
