I contacted Orion about attending a hiring conference in Chicago. A few days later, I was contacted by Todd Phillips, and he reserved a spot for me. Todd was an excellent recruiter and really helped me throughout the hiring process. Josh Williamson also helped me a lot with my resume writing. He took the time to revamp my resume and tailored it to what employers are looking for in today’s marketplace. Josh’s resume writing/editing skills are stellar!

I was extremely impressed with the hiring conference. The networking portion of the hiring conference was especially helpful. One of the employers who I met during networking was enthusiastic about inviting me for an interview with his firm's executives prior to my scheduled interview with them. The networking event gives candidates an opportunity to learn more about the companies and their interviewers in an informal setting. Having the chance to mingle with interviewers in advance also gives the candidates the time to establish rapport with their interviewers. 

I interviewed with Grainger Incorporated through the Chicago hiring event and had my second interview and job offer the following week. My experience with Orion, especially Todd’s team, has been amazingly successful.
