My recruiter was Chris Hurst. He was very helpful with explaining the ‘do's’ and ‘don'ts’ of the civilian sector, because it is a completely different world for many military members, including myself. He made my transition from the military to the civilian job market a lot easier. 

I attended an Orion Hiring Conference in Baltimore, MD, in May. It was a two-day event with interview prep and presentations from the companies on the first day and interviews the second day. The interview prep was very informative, as it was the usual questions you are asked in interviews, but in a setting where you can be coached on what the best answer would be for any situation. I think that the hiring conference was one of the most helpful things I have ever done.

Orion was great compared to other recruiting firms. I like that they operate in a client/representative type relationship, and I had one point of contact. Thank you so much for your help!
