I had several fellow sailors use Orion International in the past, so Orion was a name that stuck out in my head when I was preparing to transition. I started working with Jay Koranda and Anthony Collopy, along with Jim Perdue, though every person I dealt with at Orion was very helpful. 

I attended a Seattle hiring conference in June. I was scheduled for two interviews during the conference and received notification about a week later on a second interview with one of the companies. The interviews that Jay, Anthony, and Jim set me up with were very well matched to my skills and desires.

At the start of my job hunting process, I contacted both Orion and another firm.  Orion contacted me promptly, answered all my questions, provided assistance in writing my resume, got me an interview, and ultimately got me the job.  I'm still waiting on the other firm to actually contact me. Orion beat the competition hands down in the hiring process.
