I had the pleasure of working with Todd Phillips during my job search, and it was a great experience!  Todd understood what was important to me in my search and was able to put a lot of very interesting opportunities in front of me.  He never pressured me about any of the opportunities, and, even when I was exploring opportunities that I had discovered outside of Orion, he was always very open and sincere with the assistance he offered.
