I began working with a different recruiting firm when I separated from the Air Force after more than 10 years of service.  I was disappointed with their lack of interview opportunities, unresponsiveness, and lack of follow-through. After months of personal investment in the process, I was dismayed to be back at square one.

I then contacted Orion and was surprised at the frequency of communication.  Within two weeks, I was in New Orleans interviewing with US Environmental Services.  That afternoon, I found out they were interested.  I went to a follow-up interview two days later and had an offer from them later in the week.  

I just started and love this job.  Orion did a great job of matching me with a career that I find interesting and challenging.
