Brad Ward was my recruiter at Orion. I was geographically restricted, and, although Brad warned me I was limiting my search by being unwilling to compromise on my location, he was still able to place me with an outstanding company. He was also very supportive of my timeline returning to work, as my departure from Active Duty was timed with the birth of my daughter. I have to say that my expectations were absolutely exceeded by Brad's hard work.

Orion was the only company who took my geographic restriction seriously. Every other company I spoke with told me that companies in San Antonio just weren't hiring. They quickly dismissed my requirements or tried to convince me to relocate elsewhere.

I had a fantastic experience with Orion. This was the first opportunity that Orion approached me with, and it was a great fit. If I ever leave the company I'm working for now, I would absolutely consider using Orion again.
