My entire hiring process, from first contact to job offer, took 10 days! Just two days after the interview, I received one of the best phone calls ever notifying me that I was on the short list of perspective hires. Shortly after, I was invited to conduct an on-site panel interview with the company leadership and a tour of the facility.
