My experience with Orion was very positive. Todd Phillips treated me with courtesy and professionalism throughout the entire process, all the way from providing my documentation to begin my profile, pre-interview briefings, attending the conference, and more. I couldn't have asked for more from Orion.

Every company I interviewed with at conference was excellent with open positions in great areas with very competitive salaries. All the companies outside of the conference I did phone interviews with also met the same criteria for location and job type I was looking for. And every recruiter I worked with was very prompt in responding to my phone calls and emails.

Orion’s hiring conferences are much more organized, prepared, and set you up for success better than other recruiting firms' conferences. With Orion, you get an entire day of preparation. You show up at 7AM, meet your recruiter, and receive your folder with the information on every company you will interview with. You get a full class on interview techniques, and then you are broken up into groups to practice common interview questions.

In addition to the Orion briefs on each company, most of the companies have their HR or Hiring manager do their own brief on the company, so you can actually meet the person you will be interviewing with the next day. And finally, all the Orion candidates can attend a mixer at the end of the day to socialize with the HR/hiring managers you will interview with the next day to introduce yourself and break the ice before your interview the next morning. By far, I would recommend Orion International over anyone else.
