I was initially resistant to working with recruiters, but working with Orion International was a great help! I started looking for a new career in May 2007 with JP Sniffen at Orion. I officially separated from the US Navy in August. JP did a great job matching up my interests and background with the kinds of jobs I was seeking but couldn't find easily on my own. For instance, I was familiar with big semiconductor and computer companies, but hadn't heard of many of the medium- and small-sized companies in the industry, therefore limiting the scope of my job search. Orion offers its candidates the kinds of companies they are interested in. They found companies that were serious about hiring quickly and knew what they wanted in an employee.
