I attended three Orion hiring conferences and had approximately 10 to 15 interviews and three phone interviews. My recruiter, Tony Hoffman, showed great respect and helped boost morale through motivation. He helped where ever needed and set me up for success with every interview. In fact, when I thought about bailing on the third hiring conference, Tony told me he’d come get me himself to make sure I was there. He was personally invested in me, so I decided to interview. Three interviews, two phone interviews, and a job offer later, I want to thank Tony and Orion!

I am now a General Maintenance Man at JBS. I was an E-5 in the Navy and feel my background in general maintenance helped me get this job. It’s the same work just with different equipment. I was also was prepared for long hours and long weeks. I love my job!
