I decided to work with Orion based off of feedback from my cousin and his experience with the company. I was put in contact with Todd Phillips, who always took my thoughts into consideration and bounced different ideas based off my geographic preferences and job preference.

Orion met my expectations for what I was looking for. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and offered advice based off what they have seen in the past from other candidates taking new positions. The recruiters were always there to follow up with me or even send me possible positions and speak with me in detail about the opportunities.

Orion stands well above the competition. They took more time following up with me after each interview as well as getting to know more about what I was looking for.

Orion hiring conferences are great to attend, not just for the opportunity to guarantee several interviews in a one-day period, but the opportunity to meet others in similar situations from around the country, which will make the process a little bit easier. I had a very positive experience with Orion and would strongly recommend them to transitioning veterans!
