My experience with Orion, both prior to and during conference, was extremely positive. I don’t offer this compliment simply because I am pumped up about a higher than average starting salary, but rather because I honestly feel that solid matches were made based upon my expressed preferences and participating client opportunities. Additionally, the materials and support provided prior to conference were fundamental to my success during interviews. I attended a later conference held by another recruiting firm and walked away from it with a completely different feeling than I did from the Orion conference, where I came away with a job and a positive perception of Orion.
