I learned about Orion from my Battalion XO, who recommended that I contact them regarding my job search. Sean Crittenden was my recruiter, and he did an outstanding job! Not only did he serve as a mentor during my job search process, he also served as an honest sounding-board when I had concerns and served to reassure me that the jobs really were out there. And he was right! He eventually found me a job located just 30 minutes from my hometown, which I didn't think was possible.

I thoroughly enjoyed the job search process. Orion did an outstanding job from reviewing my resume to interview prep to hiring conference to site visit and job offer. Orion's interview prep made the hiring conference a fun event, where I had the chance to brag about myself instead of a nerve-wracking event that many interviews are. The companies I interviewed with were great companies to work for, and I am very pleased to have found a position so close to my preferred location.
