Tim Duba treated me with respect and truly understood what I wanted and needed in a new career. He always took the time to talk, and returned every single one of my phone calls in a timely manner. I felt that Tim understood what I was looking for. The companies he paired me with were spot on, and, as a result, I was able to secure two job offers from the Distinguished Candidate Conference.

Tim really impressed me during my follow-on interviews after the conference. He would constantly give me updates on what the companies were thinking and (again) always took the time to talk even though I knew he was handling a vast amount of candidates. Tim helped me weigh the pros and cons of each position, so that I could make an informed decision.

Above all, Tim’s most impressive aspect is his sincerity. I understood that he is a recruiter, and it is his job to match candidates with positions. However, I knew that Tim sincerely cared that I made the right choice for me and my family. Working with Tim was like working with a friend – but always in a professional manner. I have worked with several other recruiters, and Tim is, without a doubt, the best.

Orion blew the competition out of the water. It is clear that Orion has the right people in the right positions. Orion is doing it right, and I have already counseled my coworkers and friends that they should use Orion over other recruiting firms!
