Tony Hoffman was my recruiter. He was upfront with me from the start and stated that Orion may not have a many opportunities for me because of my specific MOS as a Search and Rescue Swimmer. I really didn't think I would ever get a call from him, but he called me three months before I was due to get out and said he may have something for me.

I'm now a Product Support Specialist with Stanley Black & Decker. Not only did Orion get me into a very good paying job, but they also got me back on the West Coast where I wanted to be. I tried to get in with two other companies like Orion, and they said no because I didn't have the background that their clients were looking for. And while Tony told me it would be tough, he did say he’d take my name and keep an eye for something that might be a good fit. The fact that he made just a little effort for me means the entire world.
