Orion is a great organization, and I’d work with them in a heartbeat. They were much more organized, listened more, and didn’t come across as an arrogant organization like some recruiting firms did. Bob Berkholz was my recruiter, and he did an absolutely outstanding job. He listened to what I was asking for and took appropriate action. He is a great guy and was very helpful.

I was a Field Artillery Officer and held multiple jobs throughout my career, including Fire Direction Officer, Fire Support Officer, Scout Platoon Leader, and I had two Commands. I’m now a Service Manager for Tolin Mechanical, an HVAC-R, Energy Efficiency, and Facility Engineering company in Denver, CO. I don’t have a background in Energy or HVAC-R, but part of the reason I was because much of my career has been about being placed into situations where I had to learn as I went and make solutions.

Orion is an outstanding company that I feel extremely fortunate to have worked with. They got me an interview with a superb company that I had never heard of, and I definitely wouldn’t be where I am now without their help.
