Orion recruiters listened to what I wanted. They matched me with companies based on my resume, but at the end of the day, if I wasn't comfortable, they heard me out and adjusted. Andy Pero and Todd Phillips were very considerate, extremely well-informed on the companies, and they always listened and took my deepest concerns to heart.

I was part of the process instead of being ‘marketed’ based on resume alone. Other companies simply looked at my degrees or told me what they thought were best for me.
