Position Details:
Title: Lab Service Engineer
Location: Fremont, CA
Shift: Expect to start on days (M-F) and then be converted to a compressed work week (day or swing shift) at the front end or back end of the week.
Compensation: $80k - $95K+ starting base depending on qualifications and experience along with OT as needed. If you ever rotate onto a schedule that includes nights, you will receive a 15% differential added to your base pay.

As a Laboratory Service Engineer at, you're a pivotal force in maintaining and upgrading equipment in our
applications lab. It’s not the typical lab; you’ll be hands-on with state-of-the-art equipment performing y
maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration. You'll support innovative equipment providing installation and documentation, making you an integral part of our technology’s success. In this role, you will contribute to concept and feasibility hardware to enhance current and develop next generation of semiconductor equipment for our customers.
What You’ll Do
• Operate in an R&D environment performing preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and calibrations on equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, and vacuum equipment.
• Ensure safe handling of hazardous gas and liquid materials using required Personal Protective Equipment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams – including process development, hardware, and software
engineering – on R&D activities, customer demos, and supporting equipment.
• Install and provide support for prototype equipment, developing procedures and documentation.
• Maintain alignment on priorities across tasks that vary from dynamic to consistent with clear and proactive communications.


Qualifications:
• Seeking 4 – 6+ years military technical experience (electrical-mechanical troubleshooting and repair)
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, electro-mechanical, fluidic systems, and vacuum systems.
• Proficient use of a variety of hand tools and electronic test equipment for maintenance, repair, and assembly tasks.
• Capable of working in a cleanroom environment, wearing personal protective safety equipment, a respirator, or cleanroom suit.
• Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline is a plus
• Semiconductor industry experience or understanding of company products is a plus.

• Shift: You will work from home and typically operate at clients’ sites during normal office hours, M-F, 8am-5pm. Understand you will often be travelling to/from client sites outside normal business hours, and this is where you accumulate most of your overtime hours.
• Compensation: W2: $90,000+ (base salary + OT & quarterly bonuses + additional travel bonuses)

Position Description:
As a Field Service Engineer with the company you will provide field service support to install, conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and retrofit company products and services. Beyond customer service and support, you will be required to liaison between the company field support team and the customer to plan installation of equipment at new customer sites and provide follow-on support for the operational aspects of the equipment and software. Expect to work normal daytime hours M-F, accruing 10-15 hours of overtime per week on average.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates for this position will have 4+ years of military or industry experience with electronic/electrical process equipment and controls. You will eventually gain proficiency in all the areas below, but be sure to discuss if you have any experience in these areas:
• Previous field service/product installation experience
• Basic wired and wireless network integration experience
• Knowledge of basic anatomy & physiology of the eye

Position Description:
This position is an entry level service technician role at a national natural gas company. The company is changing the way the world fuels its vehicles by providing renewable natural gas for heavy duty trucks, buses, and other large vehicles. Inspect, maintain, and perform minor to moderate repairs on CNG and/or LNG fueling equipment, including compressors, dispensers, priority panels, dryers, storage tanks and other related equipment.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of both Mechanical and Electrical systems. They should be proficient in diagnosing and repairing electrical issues, including current overloads, ground faults, open circuits, and faulty relay logic. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of monitoring, checking, and correcting phase imbalances, current draw, low voltage power supplies, pressure transmitters, relay logic, and programmable logic control operations.
Furthermore, the candidate should be adept at inspecting, maintaining, and adjusting mechanical equipment such as compressors, pumps, engines, intercoolers, aftercoolers, heat exchangers, piping, tubing, fittings, filters, traps, gas dryers, fasteners, valves, and actuators to ensure safe and proper operation.
