Position Details:Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Washington, DC
Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:30/8:00am – 4:00/4:30pm
Compensation: $80K - $90K (based on experience)

Position Description | Warehouse Supervisor
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be charged with executing and managing routine e-commerce warehouse tasks include product reception, packages organizing, shelving, QC & packing, sorting, return handling, inventory management, palletizing, and shipping. Your team will consist of approximately 7-12 direct reports.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
• Responsible for warehouse team building, daily management, staff training and disciplining, as well as labor coordination.
• Oversee packages handling, shipping volume estimation, and warehouse I/O management.
• Maintain daily communication with couriers for shipping coordination, cut off time and transit time control.
• Achieve warehouse KPI, operation optimization and cost control goals.
• Responsible for warehouse Health safety and fire control
• Continually reviewing, analyzing, and improving processes and efficiencies
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has leadership as well as warehouse fulfillment/logistics experience. You should be able to speak to your experience taking ownership of products touching down and scheduling LTL (less-than-truckload) shipments. Lastly, you should possess proficiency in using warehouse management systems and thrive in a fast-paced environment, that requires you to meet deadlines.
