Position Description:
As an Operations Supervisor you are responsible for maintaining smooth production flows on all lines while safely producing a high-quality product in the most efficient way possible with direct supervision of 20-30 production workers/leads.

• Assure maximum efficiency and quality is attained, coordinate and monitor scheduling of the personnel to ensure proper staffing in a safe way
• Coordinating the repair of equipment along with adhering to the preventative maintenance schedule.
• Assuring all employees adhere to all plant rules and policies and administering disciplinary actions when required as well as coach, train and mentor.
• Ensures accurate and correct reporting of production, scrap, and any other required data for their respective shift
• Ensures employees are adhering to all quality procedures and documents including but not limited filling out check sheets, setup approvals, and 5S sheets.
• Communicates and interacts effectively with department employees, Plant Manager, support services and all levels of management to ensure smooth operation of the manufacturing floor

Position: LDP - Assistant Distribution Manager

The Assistant Manager in the Distribution Center is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations within their assigned function. They perform supervisory and management duties in directing the receipt, storage, and shipment of expendable and nonexpendable items in Distribution Center. Responsible for hiring, training, salary administration, performance management, coaching, mentoring and corrective actions for direct reports. Collaborate with team members on career development and goal setting. Acts as a champion of a committed and empowering culture within the Distribution Center, working with direct reports and team members on modeling Company’s values.


• Plan, monitor and execute staffing schedules and adjust as needed to ensure proper staffing levels that support operational demands and business
• Implement continuous improvement efforts by listening to team and customers and implementing root cause solutions.
• Identifies and communicates changing trends as identified through analysis; partners with team to develop a work environment that understands and responds to the need for change.

Location: Company’s has three main distribution sites but this LDP will be out of Ankeny, Iowa. The reason for this is make sure there is exposure outside of the distribution facility in procurement, facilities and construction. These rotations will be at the HQ collocated near the distro facility. It is possible to relocate after the LDP to one of the other two facilities – Terre Haute, IN or Joplin, MO
Salary: 85-90k DOE with a quarterly bonus. Expectation is a first year W2 over 100k. Full benefits with 401k, medical, dental, PTO.

Title: Field Service Technician
Location: Des Moines, IA – within a 30-minute radius of downtown to be able to respond appropriately
Shift: Mon-Friday 1st shift, a standard work schedule will be set, although some jobs may require an earlier/later shift in schedule

Position Description: This role exists to provide controls engineering support to assigned product lines. The key internal customers are the project engineers, product line managers, manufacturing and purchasing departments. Key external customers include vendors, the Technical Support Team, the field service technicians and end customers. The deliverables from this role are electrical engineering design, programming for logic controllers and visualization interface, and technical support.

The individual working in this position is expected to accountable for product lines that typically will be newer and mid-market level models with occasional sale order specials and product extension assignments. A solid technical knowledge base for design and programming is established within this individual, to where you are able to handle most assignments and a standard level of technology with minimal support. You should be able to provide a reasonable amount of support and training to lower level staff on most subjects, and be able to coordinate a portion of your work through others. You should also be capable of identifying and producing moderate level standards, engineering tools, and process improvement initiatives with some direction from the Controls Manager. Some specific responsibilities include:
• Maintain a fully documented and accurate electrical design and control programs that comply with established company and industry standards.
• Maintain a cost balance for the electrical design that achieves the lowest base cost with the highest manufacturing efficiency and lowest warranty. This balance should also account for the highest operational efficiency and lowest maintenance requirement.
• Produce electrical design/program changes to support sale orders, product improvements, and change requests/non-conformances for assigned product lines.
• Provide timely, complete, and consistent technical support to internal and external business customers as required in support of assigned product lines.
• Support the Controls Team to increase output, standardization, and repeatability of designs and programs through developing and continuously improving engineering tools and work processes.
• Develop controls standards.
In order to be successful in this role, you should have a BS in Engineering (ideally EE and or Controls) or related technical field. Extensive relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. You should have working knowledge of CAD software (specifically AutoCad and Solidworks) and be proficient with Rockwell Automation and Programming tools and Allen-Bradley hardware.
