Position Description:
The Assistant Service Center Manager supports the management of service operations at the assigned location. This role assists in overseeing various aspects of the production process, ensuring the timely and efficient rebuilding of spindles while upholding best-in-class quality standards. You will work closely with the Service Center Manager to lead and support the team of technicians, coordinate with other departments to streamline production workflows, and help meet customer demands. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting sales efforts by maintaining efficient processes and clear communication to enhance customer satisfaction and overall experience.

Requirements:
Preferred that a candidate has manufacturing leadership experience, but relevant / equivalent military experience will be considered. Basic engineering knowledge such as applying standard operating procedure for detailed work assignments is key to this role. Former maintenance shop leaders would be perfect for this role.

Position Description:
The Production Coordinator assists in the manufacturing and production schedules for individual departments and operations. They check actual vs. planned production schedules and align purchasing and inventory management responsibilities in coordination of production schedule. They alter purchasing responsibilities to compensate for increases in production or changes in production schedule with a focus on adhering to customer timelines. The PC will solicit quotes and information regarding needed components, equipment, and services from reputable, qualified suppliers and monitor and maintain acceptable levels of inventory on purchased items within the position’s scope of responsibility. They maintain inventory record accuracy; enter receipts and parts usages into the ERP system. Also assist the Director of Operations and/or Service Center Manager with order scheduling and expediting of purchased and in-process parts.

Requirements:
Candidates for this role should have a high school diploma, two-year technical degree or business degree. Candidates should also have both mechanical and electrical knowledge / experience (mechanical most important). Candidates should have at least a couple of years experience in manufacturing. They should also have an understanding of machining, print reading and have experience with ERP systems.

Position Description:
The Assembler is tasked with the rework and rebuild spindles, often without prints. This position will use precision assembly techniques to restore the spindle to like new levels of quality and performance. This is a demanding job that requires a strong mechanical aptitude, a knowledge of machine tools, constant attention to detail and the ability to perform very precise assembly work to ultra-close tolerances. The knowledge and use of computers and software is essential.

Requirements:
Candidates for this role should have a high school diploma or GED with a working knowledge of algebra, geometry and trigonometry. Three or more years of experience in complex machine building or repair or similar work such as automotive engine/ transmission repair work, experience in electronics, programmable controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics are desirable. Candidates need to have knowledge of bearings, bearing functions and proper bearing assembly protocol. Need to be able to read blueprints and bill of materials and use precision measuring devices.

Position Details:
• Location: Louisville, KY or Remote (near a major airport)
• Travel Requirements: About 75%; you can realistically expect to be gone Sunday evening to Thursday evening 3x per month. You will be home most weekends, and when you are not traveling you will be performing technical support at the call center in Louisville.
• Vaccine not required.
• Compensation: $28.50/hr
In additional to your base rate, you will receive OT (paid at 1.5x base rate >40hrs. & 2x base rate >50hrs.
Profitability bonus (averages 6% of annual base salary each year) + daily peridium when traveling of $45/per day
Realistic 1st Year W-2 ~$65K - $75K
Realistic 2nd - 3rd Year W-2 ~ $85K - $100K+ (increased with OT as result of more travel after training). Most 2nd – 3rd Year Technicians make six-figures!

Position Descriptions: Field Service Technician
As a Field Service Technician with the company, you will be responsible for leading the start-up, commissioning, emergency service and regularly scheduled preventative maintenance service of equipment at customer locations. This is a very key front-line service role at the company, as you will be interacting with and directly serving customer equipment needs. You will travel to customer locations and provide the best customer equipment troubleshooting, repair, and training in operation and maintenance in the business. Every day you will communicate and coordinate information between the company and their customers to correct equipment difficulties using superb problem-solving skills.
You will provide the routine upkeep and regularly scheduled preventative maintenance and correct any equipment difficulties using superb problem-solving skills as needed to ensure company equipment continually stays fully operational. When you are not traveling to customer locations, your responsibilities will include quality control of equipment prior to shipment and technical phone support for customers (from the company’s HQ in Louisville). Proficiency on company systems and performance will lead to increased responsibilities for Field Service Technician promotions after your Technician Development Program and throughout your career at the company.

Requirements: Candidates must be excellent technicians with a strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical aptitude with the ability to work on and troubleshoot maintenance equipment. Candidates will be self-starters and will be comfortable working with people while troubleshooting / problem-solving or while training customers how to use equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills are of utmost importance. You must be able to read mechanical blueprints and electrical
schematics. While not required, it is preferred you have some experience with PLC logic development and troubleshooting; company offers a PLC training program if you are not well-versed here.
