Job Description

Position Details:

Title: Field Service Technician
Location: Louisville, KY- Travel to Lexington & occasionally Indianapolis
Shift: Mon- Fri Day shift (On call shifts every other weekend)
Compensation: $26-31/hr + $75/day in addition to hourly rate while on call
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 10 paid holidays
Travel: Daily regional travel, occasional overnights

Position Description:
The Field Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing natural gas fueling stations and related equipment across assigned service areas. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, responding to service calls, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently in compliance with environmental and safety regulations. The technician will interact with customers, document service activities, and provide technical support while maintaining a professional and safety-focused approach. Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, along with the ability to travel and work independently, are essential for success in this role.
Requirements:
• Technical experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial equipment maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and safety procedures
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including on-call rotations
