Orion Talent, the nation’s largest military recruiting firm, is currently recruiting transitioning or former military professionals to be Service Technicians with one of the oldest and largest distributors and servicers of mining and construction equipment in the Midwest.Position Details:
• Title: Warranty Administrator
• Location: Louisville, KY
• Shift: Monday – Friday, Generally Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Compensation: $42-55k based on skills/experience

Position Description:
Support customers and internal team members with administrative support for warranty claims and issues. Reports directly to VP of Service.
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Basic technical aptitude with ability to grasp communication relating to mechanical repairs
• Ability to utilize computers and office software systems.
• Familiarity with construction and mining equipment for basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changes in work loads.
