Position Details:
• Title: Branch Manager
• Location: Louisville, KY
• Shift: Flexible Shift Hours, M-F (Saturday shifts as needed)
• Compensation: $72-$90k, Reasonable First Year W2 $90-$110k or more!
• Bonuses/Additional Compensation: Straight Time OT for Saturday shifts, Annual Bonus Ranging 20-45% of Base Salary based on performance milestones
• Benefits: Company offers full health, vision, and dental insurance, 401k match up to 6%, PTO, Tuition Assistance, and more.

Position Description:
Ensure Branch operates efficiently and optimal customer satisfaction to maintain profitability. Will be responsible for personnel management, standards and expectations, training, and other applicable matters.

Requirements:
• 4 years’ experience in managements and operations
• Familiarity with warehouse, retail, or mass merchandising beneficial
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
• Understanding of profit/loss, inventory control, hiring/training, payroll, security/loss prevention
• Strong customer service and satisfaction mentality, able to adapt and address challenges

Position Details
• Title: Service Technician
• Location: Louisville, KY
• Shift: Monday – Friday, Generally Day Shift (8AM – 5:00PM) with some variation
• Compensation: $27-$35/hr. based on skills/experience
• Apprenticeship roles available at $21-$26/hr.
• Company truck and computer/tablet and Tool Package valued at $8,500
• Benefits: Company offers an industry leading benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, FSA, wellness program, 401K match program, PTO, and multiple other fringe benefits.
• 6 month “in-house” training/certification program out of Louisville, KY or Cleveland, OH
• Travel: 25% (Regionally based supporting customer needs)

Position Description:
Service Technicians are responsible for diagnosing issues and performing standard general repairs on drive-train components, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on company and/or customers’ heavy equipment across shop and field settings while adhering to all safety regulations and contributing to a positive work environment.

Requirements:
- General knowledge, ability to diagnose, and capable of repairing of complex hydraulic, electrical, and drive-train systems
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read, analyze and interrupt technical information from general hydraulic and electrical schematics
- Technical school graduate or experience with Volvo construction equipment preferred
- Must possess and maintain acceptable safe driving record and pass DOT Medical Certification
