Position Details:
• Title: Service Technician
• Location: Atlanta, GA Bakersfield, CA, West Palm Beach, FL, Greenville, NC, Charlotte, NC, Wilmington, NC, Columbus, OH.
• Shift: M-F Day, travel in region, some OT & overnights
• Compensation: Level 1: $26-$33/hr
Level 2: $34-$39/hr
Level 1 requires proficient experience conducting mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting on generators/diesel engines.
Level 2 requires, Level 1 experience + knowledge and some experience working on the Electrical systems, Switchgear, load balancing, etc.

Atlanta – needs a solid Level II candidate
Bakersfield – a solid Level I or a Level II candidate

Position Description: perform operations, startups, preventative & corrective maintenance on commercial generators, low to medium voltage switchgear, and battery storage equipment at customer locations in your region. Duties will include:
• Repair and service all makes and models of Generator Sets.
• Repair and troubleshoot engines such as Volvo, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, John Deere and MTU.
• Troubleshoot, repair and program switchgear.
• Inspect, repair, service and start-up load bank test requirements on equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Thorough and timely completion of job documentation.
• Provide on call services as required.

Requirements:
• Four or more years of commercial/industrial experience working on generators, engines, switchgear and controllers. Volvo engine experience a plus.
• 20% overnight travel.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical, background check and drug screen
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Outlook email/calendars
• OEM Training, certification and/or EGSA certification preferred

Physical Demands
Tasks require the regular and, at times, sustained performance of moderately physically demanding work.

Physical Activity:
• May involve the lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of moderately heavy objects and materials (20-75 pounds).
• Frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to use hands, to touch, handle or grasp, reach with hands and arms.

Position Description: The Maintenance Information Coordinator reports to the Reliability Engineer Manager and is required to solicit, create, enter, and control all plant maintenance master data for the Reliability Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), i.e. SAP. As Maintenance Information Coordinator you will need to exude a customer service attitude, as this individual will need to interact with several functional areas including Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, and Finance. This individual will also be responsible for creating, training, and enforcing standards related to plant master data. You will enter and maintain plant-level master data within the maintenance function. Develop accurate and complete Bill of Materials (BOM) for plant equipment. Work with Engineering to ensure BOMs are created and spare parts stocked for new equipment installs. Create & modify preventative maintenance tasks and job plans as required. Ensure the annual Stores obsolescence review is completed accurately and completely. Develop, track, and communicate reports presenting maintenance performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure that all departmental processes are completed (Training, Hot Work Permits, GMPs, Confined Space, etc.) Support and maintain the CMMS, including training, software, hardware, end-user support, and problem-solving. Manage new employee Maintenance Training / On-Boarding. Develop & implement a management system for equipment documentation including manuals, drawings, etc. Develop & maintain Maintenance contact information and email distribution lists. Manage audit documentation. Backup for Reliability Planners.

Requirements:
• Must have good mechanical and electrical knowledge and know machinery spare parts. Prefers someone with prior mechanic or electrician experience.
• Data systems savvy with strong analytical skills to collect and analyze information to measure both supplier's and buying locations' performance and conformance to corporate policy, contracts, and agreements.

Position Description:
Company Field Service Technicians travel to customer sites as a company representative to perform installation and repairs per customer requests and/or warranty on company buildings and structures.
• Interpret engineering drawings, electrical control prints, and schematics.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years’ experience, Basic carpentry and electrical preferred
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring standards and the National Electric Codes
• Ability to solve problems (troubleshoot issues) in a variety of situations with limited standardization.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present and handle information to customers
• Ability to understand and follow instructions given verbally, written, or in diagram format.

• Shift: Monday - Friday
• Compensation: $28-33/hr + OT (on average 10 hours a week)

• Travel: Typically, 2-3 nights a week within the Southeast region. Expect to spend work 3 to 4 weekends a year.

Position Description:
As an Installation Field Service Technician you will be providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches, diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions, identifying opportunities and presenting customer with a range of options from equipment upgrades or replacements, to new value-added services. When not performing work at customer sites during normal work hours, you will work at the Charlotte offices.

• Inspection of hydraulic equipment to ensure proper installation and operation within expected parameters.
• Provide routine maintenance on equipment and assist in establishing preventative maintenance schedules with customer.
• Basic component analysis and repairs to include pipefitting, assembly, repairing leaks, flushing, filtration, and start-up assistance.
• Complex mechanical system analysis and repair to include data acquisition, mechanical system tuning, secondary pump controls, project planning, and specification of component replacement.

Requirements:
• Great fit for Navy MMs, Aircraft Mechanics or any Military candidates with a mechanical background.
• Hiring manager is looking for candidates with a mechanical aptitude. Experience with hydraulics is a plus but not necessary.
