Title: IT Support Specialist

Position Description:

Provide technical support for the use of Information Technology and Services within the manufacturing facility and the business sector to meet business objectives. Provide technical assistance to users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Diagnose and solve technical problems, ensuring minimal downtime. Assist and observe the IT / OT Manager as a backup / apprentice for the OT and Manufacturing network.



Responsibilities:

Responsible for ITIL processes and providing computer technical support with a focus on customer service.
Perform troubleshooting related to general user support, client connectivity, and printing.
Utilize ticketing system to track issues and manager location queues to ensure the new tickets are identified, prioritized, and resolved.
Install, test, and maintain computer equipment, peripheral, and network infrastructure.
Assist in new office setup, office moves and setting up PC’s and peripherals.
Create network accounts and telephone extensions for new users.
Performance new user computer orientations covering appropriate usage of applications and network recourses.
Provide backup support for local and wide area network telecommunications.
Work with sector teams to support and represent the mill.
Maintain site Video Management System in accordance with relevant policies
Maintain and update documentation, inventory, network diagrams and patch panels
Provide first level support for process control / plant applications. Communicate and esvale issues after thorough assessment.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager.


Requirements:

AS or BS in Computer Science, IT, or a related field OR military service/experience
CompTIA A+ or other relevant certifications, or ability to obtain within first 6 months of employment.
Basic understanding of computer hardware and software with familiarity in Windows and iOS operating systems.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals, TCP/IT, DNS, DHCP, Cisco Switch networks.
Handson experience through work experience, internships, lab work or personal projects is desired.

Position Description: The Maintenance Information Coordinator reports to the Reliability Engineer Manager and is required to solicit, create, enter, and control all plant maintenance master data for the Reliability Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), i.e. SAP. As Maintenance Information Coordinator you will need to exude a customer service attitude, as this individual will need to interact with several functional areas including Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, and Finance. This individual will also be responsible for creating, training, and enforcing standards related to plant master data. You will enter and maintain plant-level master data within the maintenance function. Develop accurate and complete Bill of Materials (BOM) for plant equipment. Work with Engineering to ensure BOMs are created and spare parts stocked for new equipment installs. Create & modify preventative maintenance tasks and job plans as required. Ensure the annual Stores obsolescence review is completed accurately and completely. Develop, track, and communicate reports presenting maintenance performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure that all departmental processes are completed (Training, Hot Work Permits, GMPs, Confined Space, etc.) Support and maintain the CMMS, including training, software, hardware, end-user support, and problem-solving. Manage new employee Maintenance Training / On-Boarding. Develop & implement a management system for equipment documentation including manuals, drawings, etc. Develop & maintain Maintenance contact information and email distribution lists. Shift: Mon-Friday 1st shift, but flexible to meet customer requirements

Compensation: $35-$45/hr depending on qualifications and experience! + OT!

Position Description:

The Applications Engineer is responsible for the on-site completion of the Application Department’s portion of the turnkey product by developing processes to manufacture customer parts to the quoted cycle time and quality requirements.
