Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Monroe, NC and Richburg, SC – just an hour outside of Charlotte!
Shift: You will work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule on the 6p-6a shift! Two days on, two off, then three days on – the schedule repeats, so you will know your schedule for the year. Initial training will take place during the day from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm on a 2-2-3 schedule.
Compensation: $28.50/hr depending on qualifications and experience! OT is paid after 8hrs daily, and there is a $2.00 shift differential. With OT and holiday pay, expected w2 earnings of $77k!

Position Description:
Company is looking for Maintenance Technicians to work in their NC and SC facilities. In this position, you are part of a highly skilled team that is critical in supporting production and ensuring equipment is operational to consistently meet production goals and their customers' needs.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, replace, install, adjust, and maintain all mechanical equipment in the plant and perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment, troubleshoot machine malfunctions, determine the problem, and implement the repair. This position requires an understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission. Qualified candidates must be able to read and interpret drawings and blueprints proficiently and make necessary modifications.
• Plan, layout, and perform all required operations to install, maintain, and repair a wide variety of plant equipment and accessories.
• Effectively troubleshoot using manuals, schematics, and diagrams to diagnose and eliminate problems as they arise.
• Safely install, maintain, and upgrade 3-phase motor control systems, and AC/DC circuits, possess an understanding of basic relay logic.
• Understand fluid power systems; troubleshoot, install, and repair power units, valve operation, cylinders, motors, and pumps.
• Perform basic fabrication by cutting and welding operations.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment using standard practices and procedures.
• Maintain work areas, tools, and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Follow all company and equipment safety guidelines and ethics rules.
• Maintain lift truck operator’s license, main lift, and other material handling equipment.

Requirements: The ideal candidate has an ET, EM, MM, and/or Avionics background. You will have 2+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical work. A high emphasis is placed on mechanical aptitude including precision measurements. You should have experience reading blueprints, operating conventional industrial equipment, troubleshooting, and utilizing meters and gauges for quality repairs.

Position Description: The Service Technician specializes in the modernization and repair of cranes. This position may perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades; as well as solving complex problems when the crane malfunctions. This position must encompass self-sufficiency, leadership abilities, effective communication, and professionalism to lead field technicians and be the liaison between HCSG management and customers. Position Description: The Safety Specialist ensures the company Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, including State and Federal applicable regulations are adhered to by the assigned project leadership personnel. You will provide or identify safety-related training and oversee adherence to construction safety norms. Perform Construction Site and Safety Audits, i.e., the company Project Site Safety Inspection. You will actively participate in the project handoff programs and processes, including project site preparation, and acclimating to the project team as a Construction Safety Specialist, you’ll work with the company Electric Safety Directors, Project Managers, and Site Superintendents to develop and implement site-specific safety programs for electrical installations. You’ll assist with administration duties such as preparing Jobsite Safety Analysis, Jobsite Hazard Analysis, and preparation of safety reports. Begin the workday by inspecting the workplace to ensure it is safe for operation. When employees and subcontractors fail to comply with safety standards, you’ll work with management in recommending disciplinary measures. You will be expected to develop relationships and build the trust of all field associates, project managers, trade contractors, and others who are associated with project-related activities.

Requirements:
• 3-5+ years of construction safety work experience and electrical safety.
• OSHA 510 and CPR/AED certifications.

The Field Engineer, Power Delivery role, will provide direction and assistance to the work group to meet assigned objectives. Responsibility includes performing installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on electrical distribution equipment.

Position Description:
As an Installation Field Service Technician you will be providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches, diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions, identifying opportunities and presenting customer with a range of options from equipment upgrades or replacements, to new value-added services. When not performing work at customer sites during normal work hours, you will work at the Charlotte offices.

• Inspection of hydraulic equipment to ensure proper installation and operation within expected parameters.
• Provide routine maintenance on equipment and assist in establishing preventative maintenance schedules with customer.
• Basic component analysis and repairs to include pipefitting, assembly, repairing leaks, flushing, filtration, and start-up assistance.
• Complex mechanical system analysis and repair to include data acquisition, mechanical system tuning, secondary pump controls, project planning, and specification of component replacement.

• Great fit for Navy MMs, Aircraft Mechanics or any Military candidates with a mechanical background.
• Hiring manager is looking for candidates with a mechanical aptitude. Experience with hydraulics is a plus but not necessary.
