Job Description

Title: Project Manager (Concrete Restoration)
Location: Cleveland, OH
Compensation: Base salary of $95 – $110k, + 15% annual bonus + $600 monthly car allowance

Position Description:
The Project Manager Estimator will collaborate with various teams including General Contractors, Design Engineering Operations to help plan, execute, and close large-scale construction projects within the specified scope, budget, and timeline.

Other responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to develop a plan and timeline of work.
• Analyze and interpret project blueprints, drawings, and specifications to accurately estimate material, labor, and equipment costs for job forecasting.
• Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for scheduling
• Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction to project completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor project progress and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and project team members to meet project goals.
• Prepare close-out documents such as warranties, punch lists, and close-out packages. Ensuring punch lists are completed promptly.
• Generate monthly billings and ensure billing goals are met. Monitor and measure quantities to ensure accurate billings.
• Facilitate communication between the estimator, superintendent, and foreman to provide comprehensive weekly job summaries for meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in commercial construction as an estimator or project management
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
• A high degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Specialty Contractors or a "Self-Performing" contractor
• Experience in sales/marketing a plus
• Strong leadership and management skills

Shift: Dayshift

Compensation: $35/hr - $45/hr– Based on experience, Plus OT & Pier Diem. Typically you will be getting 6-10 hours a week with time and a half over 8 hours, and Saturday, with Sunday at double time. Your W2 will be significantly higher than just the base. Per diem is paid out, company covers all travel, all PPE gear and tools are provided. If you have or are willing to get a CDL up to an extra $2 can be offered per hour.

Benefits: Robust benefits package include 401k, Med/Den/Vision, PTO and more

Travel: 75% Travel. Busy times of the year are typically fall and spring during blackout maintenance periods.



Position Description:

Under the direction of Field Leadership, the Field Tech receives and carries out work assignments from management and internal customers. These assignments support field operations and complete customer orders.

Primary responsibility will be to perform trouble shooting, electrical / fluid testing.
You will be re gasketing, taking oil samples, working with high voltage electricity, doing Megar testing, working with bushings and other maintenance items.
Most of the work will be supporting substation operations.


Requirements:

High School diploma/GED and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
For positions that utilize a company vehicle, will be required to have a valid driver’s license.
