Job Description

Position Details:
• Title: Software Support Engineer
• Locations:
o Chandler (Phoenix), AZ or
o Hillsboro, OR
• Travel/Schedule:
o This is typically a standard Mon-Fri dayshift opportunity.
o You may be asked to travel to other company support sites on occasion.
• Compensation: Target base rate ~$36/hr - $41/hr
o Bonuses/Additional Compensation: Overtime is paid at 1.5X after 40 hours; relocation assistance available.

Position Description: The Regional Software Support Engineer will be primarily responsible to provide software specific support to the regional customer support team in North America. The position will also function as hotline support and onsite support during an equipment escalation if required within North America. You will also contribute to a team responsible for the installation of high volume precision equipment as well as provide software updates, upgrade/retrofits for all eligible EVG equipment. This is a non-exempt position with high accountability for corporate image, integrity and results, which at times may mean extraordinary effort and working timeframes. Some specific responsibilities include:

• Provide start-up software support at EVG customer installations, either onsite or remote.
• Planning and execution of assigned software specific tasks.
• Execute independent testing and qualification of EVG equipment software.
• Prepare, report and communicate software specific topics to customer (risk analysis, change documentation, function test protocols).
• Recommend appropriate action and maintain ongoing awareness of existing and potential situations. Handles equipment and customer situations while informing Management of developments on a timely basis.
• Responsible for organizing, tracking and filing all software revisions (for all relevant equipment types) for North America as required by HQ.
• Participate and/or lead failure analysis with HQ R&D departments.
• Provide support to regional technical support team in all software specific matters, including log-file analysis and information acquisition.
• Maintenance of all software products on customer equipment (patches, backups, version updates).
• Perform data and performance analysis of the installed base at key customers. Support the technical support hotline during normal working hours. Ensure technical support issue tracking system is fully adhered to.
• Visit customer and affiliates to review customer issues and provide required technical support and recommendations.

This is not a Software Development or Code Debugging role. Good skill sets / experience to possess in order to be successful in this role include: excellent knowledge of technical software applications; experience troubleshooting using log analysis / data analysis; exposure to factory automation / SEMI standard; good understanding of network troubleshooting; ability to perform root cause analysis and make appropriate recommendations; knowledge in C#, .NET. An experienced FSE or Technician from the semiconductor (or similar) industry with good software / PC / Electrical skills could be a great fit for this position. You cannot have been a Blue Badged Intel employee at any of their facilities within the past six months to be considered for this role.

Position Description: The Mechanical Reliability Specialist will be responsible for the identifying and completing planned and unplanned maintenance work on rotating and mechanical equipment at multiple facilities within the West region to support Air Separation, CO2 and Hydrogen production facilities. This person will work independently, make technical decisions, and escalate technical concerns in the field
Plan and perform major equipment installation, maintenance, overhauls and inspections - including corrective, preventative or predictive work - of industrial mechanical and rotating systems and equipment including:
• Centrifugal, Reciprocating and Screw Compressors
• Centrifugal and positive displacement Pumps
• Synchronous and Induction Motors
• High-speed Gearboxes
• Heat Exchangers, Cryogenic Interchangers, Chillers and Cooling Towers
• Piping systems and other related process equipment
• Provide on-site or remote technical support and direction to sites in the region
• Assist in turnaround planning and cost estimation of mechanical work
• Assist in Identifying and resolving chronic mechanical asset concerns (bad actors)
• Support root cause analysis program for major failures
• Support high impact issues with a strong sense of urgency and integrity

Requirements:
• Employee will be required to work in different weather conditions and must be able to access elevated equipment via ladders, scaffolding, man-lifts and crane baskets
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the maintenance of mechanical and rotating systems and equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Experience in installation, troubleshooting, inspection and repairs of industrial mechanical and rotating systems and equipment such as Compressors, Turbines, Blowers and Heat Exchangers
• Knowledge of Preventive and Predictive maintenance of industrial mechanical and rotating systems and equipment
• Ability to use precision measuring devices and perform precision alignment on multi-train equipment

Title: Lab Service Engineer II/III

Location: Tualatin, OR

Shift: Nights (7PM – 7AM). Schedule will be on a CWW for front end (Sun, Mon, Tues, every other Sat

or back end of the week (Wed, Th, Fri, every other Sat)

Compensation: $34 -$37+/hr depending on qualifications and experience along with OT as needed. Night shift includes 15% shift differential.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for preventative and/or corrective maintenance, trouble shooting, upgrades, and calibration on equipment in the applications lab.
Works closely with and Process Development, Hardware, and Software Engineering department’s R&D activities supporting customer demos and commitments.
Installs and supports prototype equipment; may develop procedures and documentation as needed in support of design and R&D activities which may have no written procedures.
Work in a fast-paced, self-directed R&D environment with potentially hazardous chemicals.
Multi-task with shifting priorities while working independently and effectively communicating.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance using required personal protective equipment which may include Air Purifying Respirator (APR) and/or Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) for safe handling of hazardous materials.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, and vacuum equipment.
Occasionally travel to customer sites to address tool and/or system issues.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline, or one of the following:
4+ years military experience; 4 years working on electrical, troubleshooting and repair
Associate’s Degree with 2+ years’ electro-mechanical experience
High School Diploma (or GED) with 5+ years equivalent industry experience; maintaining and troubleshooting equipment.
Ability to occasionally travel domestically (10 – 15%)

Performance Skills: The following traits and capabilities are required for successful performance in this role and must be displayed in the interview:
