Position Description: The Mechanical Reliability Specialist will be responsible for the identifying and completing planned and unplanned maintenance work on rotating and mechanical equipment at multiple facilities within the West region to support Air Separation, CO2 and Hydrogen production facilities. This person will work independently, make technical decisions, and escalate technical concerns in the field
Plan and perform major equipment installation, maintenance, overhauls and inspections - including corrective, preventative or predictive work - of industrial mechanical and rotating systems and equipment including:
• Centrifugal, Reciprocating and Screw Compressors
• Centrifugal and positive displacement Pumps
• Synchronous and Induction Motors
• High-speed Gearboxes
• Heat Exchangers, Cryogenic Interchangers, Chillers and Cooling Towers
• Piping systems and other related process equipment
• Provide on-site or remote technical support and direction to sites in the region
• Assist in turnaround planning and cost estimation of mechanical work
• Assist in Identifying and resolving chronic mechanical asset concerns (bad actors)
• Support root cause analysis program for major failures
• Support high impact issues with a strong sense of urgency and integrity
Requirements:
• Employee will be required to work in different weather conditions and must be able to access elevated equipment via ladders, scaffolding, man-lifts and crane baskets
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the maintenance of mechanical and rotating systems and equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Experience in installation, troubleshooting, inspection and repairs of industrial mechanical and rotating systems and equipment such as Compressors, Turbines, Blowers and Heat Exchangers

Title: Lab Service Engineer II/III
Location: Tualatin, OR
Shift: Nights (7PM – 7AM). Schedule will be on a CWW for front end (Sun, Mon, Tues, every other Sat
or back end of the week (Wed, Th, Fri, every other Sat)
Compensation: $34 -$37+/hr depending on qualifications and experience along with OT as needed. Night shift includes 15% shift differential.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for preventative and/or corrective maintenance, trouble shooting, upgrades, and calibration on equipment in the applications lab.
Works closely with and Process Development, Hardware, and Software Engineering department’s R&D activities supporting customer demos and commitments.
Installs and supports prototype equipment; may develop procedures and documentation as needed in support of design and R&D activities which may have no written procedures.
Work in a fast-paced, self-directed R&D environment with potentially hazardous chemicals.
Multi-task with shifting priorities while working independently and effectively communicating.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance using required personal protective equipment which may include Air Purifying Respirator (APR) and/or Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) for safe handling of hazardous materials.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, and vacuum equipment.
Occasionally travel to customer sites to address tool and/or system issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline, or one of the following:
4+ years military experience; 4 years working on electrical, troubleshooting and repair
Associate’s Degree with 2+ years’ electro-mechanical experience
High School Diploma (or GED) with 5+ years equivalent industry experience; maintaining and troubleshooting equipment.
Ability to occasionally travel domestically (10 – 15%)
