Position Description:
As a Maintenance Technician you are to ensure that all electrical schematics and instrumentation are calibrated and current, troubleshooting during unscheduled equipment downtime, repairs, and complete preventive maintenance service.

• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production. Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service in a multi-shift environment.
• Performs duties including, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines.
• Supports an optimized production environment by applying the principles of Lean Manufacturing and 5S
• Responsible for maintaining and performing repairs to the facility and participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Direct mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical repair and troubleshooting experience (480v 3phase). Experience reading blueprints and schematics is required. Basic building maintenance experience is a plus.

Position Description | Imaging Service Engineer

Specific Responsibilities:

Independently and under service management supervision performs general troubleshooting and repairs to the block circuit and component level. Also, independently and under service management supervision performs installations, calibrations and planned maintenance.
Proper use of all standard test equipment: multimeter, oscilloscope, dosimeter, AC line analyzer, phantoms invasive and non-invasive imaging test devices, service software, hand and power tools
Be able to read, analyze, interpret and follow signal flow on blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams. Exercise good system troubleshooting skills
Proven demonstration in understanding basic aspects of clinical applications and image quality requirements related to medical imaging equipment.


Requirements:
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in the service and maintenance of medical imaging equipment (CT, MR, x-ray, and C-arms) with any manufacturer. Location: Wisconsin Rapids (Biron Mill in beautiful Central Wisconsin)

Position Description: This position is part of the company Midwest flagship plant maintenance team. Maintenance Technicians primarily troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production systems and equipment. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install all electrical equipment and systems in the plant to insure smooth operation, production, & safe working conditions. Key duties include:
• Troubleshooting & solving production and facility equipment problems during day-to-day operations.

Strong systems-level electrical experience in typical working-leveling voltage range required, ideally up to and above 480V. Ideally good electrical & instrumentation knowledge/experience. Candidates must have excellent input/output electrical troubleshooting & be able to read schematics, blueprints, drawings for maintenance/troubleshooting/repair. You will be fixing gear boxes & wiring, motors, relays, starters, variable-frequency drives, some instrumentation, input/output controls, conveying systems, and some robotics on production line equipment and systems. Requirements/ Relevant Experience:
• 4 + years troubleshooting high voltage electrical + hydraulics
• Technical metrology or prior calibration experience is preferred. Experience with universal destructive testing machines and extensometers is also preferred but not required.
