Position Description | Imaging Service Engineer

An Imaging Service Engineer (ISE) performs, and documents planned maintenance and repair of medical diagnostic imaging equipment and associated systems with under the supervision from service management to perform the required duties.

The ISE must demonstrate a working knowledge of and ability to use the required test equipment and have the electronic and mechanical knowledge and skills. The ISE must possess the ability to interpret and effectively utilize service manuals, schematics and other applicable service information, required to perform and document planned maintenance and repair of the diagnostic imaging equipment and systems. The ISE must demonstrate good organizational skills as well as good communications, interpersonal and customer relations skills as applied to interactions with company personnel and

Clinical staff in accordance with established Renovo operational and personnel policies and procedures.


Specific Responsibilities:

Independently and under service management supervision performs general troubleshooting and repairs to the block circuit and component level. Also, independently and under service management supervision performs installations, calibrations and planned maintenance.
Proper use of all standard test equipment: multimeter, oscilloscope, dosimeter, AC line analyzer, phantoms invasive and non-invasive imaging test devices, service software, hand and power tools
Be able to read, analyze, interpret and follow signal flow on blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams. Exercise good system troubleshooting skills
Proven demonstration in understanding basic aspects of clinical applications and image quality requirements related to medical imaging equipment.


Requirements:
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in the service and maintenance of medical imaging equipment (CT, MR, x-ray, and C-arms) with any manufacturer. You should also be able to read, analyze, interpret and follow signal flow on blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams. Exercise good system troubleshooting skills.

Position Description | Senior Imaging Specialist

Position Description: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining equipment and facilities to operate in the safest and most productive condition, supporting continuous improvement, production strategies and plant reliability of equipment and building systems. Utilizes predictive maintenance technologies to identify failures and takes correct follow-up actions. Understands and interprets technical documents and diagrams which include but are not limited to factory manuals, blueprints, schematics, Single Line Electrical Drawings, mechanical and electrical equipment schematics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID's), etc. Maintains and repairs facility/utility systems such as mechanical, electrical, building systems, water heater/boiler, steam, chilling system, electric power, gas, or compressed air required for operations. Executes PMs and repairs to Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, refrigeration, instrumentation, elevator maintenance, painting, plumbing, carpentry, grounds keeping and mechanical repairs - pumps, motors systems.

Demonstrated aptitude and skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic.

Location: Wisconsin Rapids (Biron Mill in beautiful Central Wisconsin)
