Introducing Orion’s Recruiter Development Program

What is it

Orion’s Recruiter Development Program will teach you all of the required skills and competencies to be successful as a Recruiter. During the 3-week program you'll get paired with our new program graduates and a mentor Recruiter to ensure optimum intake and practical application of materials.

How it works

Upon completion of the program you will join the Orion team as a Junior Sourcing Specialist, responsible for searching for and screening candidates for a variety of positions in multiple locations and industries. You'll build, grow, and manage an assigned candidate pool, preparing candidates for interviews and working with them throughout the recruiting process, and keep in contact with them after they begin their new position. 

You'll submit qualified and well-screened candidates to senior Recruiters for review and feedback, confirm candidates for hiring conferences and other interviews, and grow in your overall knowledge of recruiting and the staffing industry.

The Recruiter Development Program is ideal for military spouses who are looking for a career, and no experience is necessary. If you are highly motivated, driven, energetic, and have a fierce competitive spirit, then the Recruiter Development Program is for you!
