HRO Today Magazine provides the broadest and deepest reach into the human resources industry, and annually publishes the Baker's Dozen list identifying the industry's top RPO firms. This list is compiled from client surveys and uses ratings based on breadth of service, deal size and quality of service. This marks the second consecutive year Orion Novotus has earned the top spot on the Baker's Dozen list and the fourth consective year to be included on the list. In 2014, Orion Novotus was ranked number one among all companies in the area of "improving staffing function for clients" and was ranked number one on the mid-tier list.
