Position Details:
Title: Product Manager
Location: Fremont, CA (must live locally to the region)
This is a hybrid role that combines the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Company or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Company or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.

Position Description: This position entails appropriately applying fundamental engineering principles and concepts to production processes. Shift: Nights (7PM – 7AM). Schedule will be on a CWW for front end (Sun, Mon, Tues, every other Sat

Responsibilities:

Position Description:

You will be responsible for shipping, receiving, installation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of high vacuum pump and photo mask assemblies.

Requirements:

Perform technical servicing of semiconductor mechanical pumps and support equipment.

Responsible for pump inventory, tracking, shipping, and receiving of mechanical pump assemblies.

Competent in the use of test equipment including test meters, hand tools, and power tools.

You will be responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, alongside the engineers in a manufacturing set-up and perform calibration tasks, including: preventative maintenance; failure analysis; quality testing and production of memory chips and logic. You’ll learn and utilize sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in-line adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes. Your end product will be used in communications equipment, radar, electronic warfare, space exploration, mobile phones, and countless other applications.



Position Description: Equipment Maintenance Technician:

Responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance of the tool sets used to manufacture semiconductor products

Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Able to improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive tool break downs.
• Monitor and analyze all related tool data, make recommendation and improvements to maintenance procedures.
• Work with engineers to design and execute equipment improvement projects.
• Write daily reports and communicate to engineers and technicians on other shifts.

Shift Schedule: Qorvo is a 24 hour operation and this is going to be shift work – working a compressed work week schedule of 3 days on / 4 days off – 4 days on – 3 days off, and you can expect to stay on the same shift schedule for at least 6 months (so this is a non rotating shift). Transition days will be on Wednesday and Saturdays – Payroll starts on Sundays; after the 6 months, you might have the option to change your shift – depending on openings.

The Short Week is – 3 on / 36hrs with 4 off
The Long Week is – 4 on/ 48 hrs (includes 8 hrs of overtime) with 3 off

You will average a minimum of 8 hrs overtime per pay period (every 2 weeks). In addition, you can occasionally pick up shifts and work overtime as approved.

Position Description:

Field Service Engineers (FSE) are responsible for the installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs of company's semiconductor equipment at customer facilities. FSE’s will maintain the following sub-systems: Electronic, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, optical, lasers, and wafer transfer systems (including robots). Training is provided on a formal or on-the-job (OTJ) basis. FSE’s report to customer manufacturing facilities on a daily basis and attend daily customer pass-down meetings as required. FSE’s help the company meet equipment uptime and availability commitments. FSE’s perform timely and regular communication, including plan-of-action (POA) documents to report on escalation activities. FSE’s participate in an on-call schedule as applicable.
